Teen pop singers Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato co-hosted and performed at the MTV 'NYE In NYC 2012' special telecast on Saturday (December 31st) - Dressed to impress, the Disney starlets had fun during the 60-minute long show - peep below a short segment to witness the good chemistry between these two (in it, they talked about an 'awesome' iPhone/Android app to send postcards), and check out below as well their show-stopping live performances. Selena sang her tireless pop hit "Love You Like A Love Song", and her latest single "Hit the Lights", while the uber-talented Demi snatched some wigs by slaying her new 'Unbroken' single, the amazing "Give Your Heart A Break".
